1) Controller / who we are

The controller for personal data is [1Strategist Sàrl, 177 rue de Luxembourg, L-8077 Bertrange, Luxembourg, LU36324637] (“we”).
Contact for privacy requests: contact form.

2) What data we process

We aim to minimize data collection. Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

  • Analytics data about how the website is used (pages viewed, referrer, device/browser information, approximate location at a high level, timestamps).
  • Technical logs (e.g., server logs) for security and reliability (IP/requests may appear in logs depending on hosting).

If you later add accounts/newsletters, add: email, login metadata, support messages.

3) Why we process it (purposes)

  • To measure website usage and improve performance and content (analytics).
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and ensure reliability (logs).

4) Legal basis

We process analytics and essential technical logs on the basis of legitimate interests (improving and securing our website), balanced against your rights. (You can object — see section 8). Legitimate interest is a recognized GDPR basis but requires a balancing approach.

5) Analytics provider (Plausible Analytics)

We use Plausible Analytics to understand overall website traffic. Plausible is designed to provide analytics without cookies and with privacy in mind.
Plausible provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and states its infrastructure is based in the EU.

Opt-out: You can use ad-blocking/tracking protection tools. Plausible also documents an opt-out via a browser setting (localStorage flag).

6) Sharing / recipients

We share data only with:

  • Hosting / infrastructure providers that run the website, and
  • Plausible Analytics as our analytics processor (see above).

7) International transfers

We aim to keep processing within the EEA. If any provider transfers data outside the EEA, we will use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

8) Your rights

You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability depending on the context. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CNPD).

9) Data retention

We keep analytics and logs only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them. [Optionally add concrete periods, e.g., logs 30 days.]

10) Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data.

11) Changes

We may update this policy and will adjust the “Last updated” date.
